Darren Wells

The short version? I’m a writer. The slightly longer version? I’ve been in the magazine and publishing industry since the early 2000s, with a focus on writing reviews and analysis on PC and console video games — from extended feature articles and early look previews, to editorial opinion columns, developer interviews and everything in between. Today, gaming is still my jam, but it’s part of a range that includes writing across gaming, entertainment, movies and TV shows, lifestyle, and food. Throw in experience with sub-editing and proof-reading, and non-industry work in fiction writing and digital portraiture (still learning that one), and you’ve got Darren Wells: writer, gamer, reader, hopeful author, and several further et ceteras.
